The TWK IW120/60-0.25-KF-S-KH is an inductive linear displacement transducer operating on the principle of a differential choke (inductive half bridge). It consists of two coils encapsulated in a stainless steel cylinder, providing protection against vibration, shock, humidity, oil, and corrosive substances. A mu-metal plunger core moves through the coils, causing inductance changes. Signal processing is performed by external electronic modules
  • Measuring stroke: 60 mm
  • Linearity: ≤ 0.25%
  • Operating principle: Inductive half bridge
  • Carrier frequency: 10 kHz
  • Protection class: IP66 (with cable IP68)
  • Resolution: Infinite (analog)
  • Electronics: External modules (OD15, OV15, OE30)
  • Output signal: ±10 V DC or 0(4)…20 mA (depending on module)
  • Mechanical design: Stainless steel housing (1.4305), nickel-iron plunger
