The TWK IW10/12-1-C6 is an inductive linear displacement transducer operating on the principle of a differential choke (inductive half bridge). It consists of two coils encapsulated in a stainless steel cylinder, providing protection against vibration, shock, humidity, oil, and corrosive substances. A mu-metal plunger core moves through the coils, causing inductance changes. Signal processing is performed by external electronic modules.
