The BECKHOFF KL1012 acquires binary control signals at 24 V DC from the process level and transmits them electrically isolated to the higher-level automation unit. The terminal features two digital input channels, each with LED indicators for signal status. A 0.2 ms input filter makes it suitable for applications requiring very fast response. The 4-wire connection technique simplifies wiring.
