The CX2550-0020 is an extension module developed for Beckhoff’s CX20xx series. It connects to the CPU on the right-hand side via a multi-pin connector and communicates internally via PCI Express. The module supports front-mounted 2½-inch HDD or SSD storage media. With SATA 6G connectivity, it offers sufficient bandwidth for the latest SSDs. The storage medium is mounted using a removable frame for easy exchange and secured with a protective cover.
