The NL 50-MPI is a communication module designed for Ethernet-based programming, visualization, and control of Siemens S7 PLCs. It connects via any available PROFIBUS/MPI/PPI port and serves as a cost-effective alternative to CP modules. It supports ISO on TCP (RFC1006) protocol and integrates automatically with engineering tools like STEP7® and TIA Portal. Visualization via WinCC is also supported
