The BK9050 is a Compact Ethernet TCP/IP Bus Coupler from Beckhoff. It connects Beckhoff Bus Terminals to Ethernet networks, supporting up to 64 terminals (expandable to 255 with K-Bus extension). The coupler automatically detects connected terminals and maps their inputs/outputs to the process image. It supports 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet via RJ45 connectors. IP addressing can be configured via DIP switches or DHCP. The BK9050 supports TwinCAT ADS, Modbus TCP, and Beckhoff real-time Ethernet protocols. OPC server access to ADS is also possible. Configuration is available through KS2000 software.
