INTORQ BFK458 ROTOR COMPLETE is principal rotating friction disc (rotor) and hub assembly component of INTORQ BFK458 spring-applied brake.

Component transmits force exerted by springs through armature plate to friction surfaces to generate braking torque and halt rotational movement.

Features long, low-wear rotor/hub connection and asbestos-free friction linings, providing high wear resistance and long service life.

Rotor is driven by splined hub, which permits axial movement along shaft across air gap.

Sizes: Available in 9 different sizes (ranging from 06 to 25).

Material: Aluminum or metal-based rotor options with wear-resistant friction linings.

Operating Principle: Spring-applied for braking when de-energized. Electromagnetically released.

Air Gap: Preset at factory; checking required depending on friction energy used.
